What is Spray Polyurethane Foam?

Spray polyurethane foam (SPF), is an insulating foam plastic that is installed as a liquid and then expands to fit the nooks and crannies of the space. SPF contains no formaldehyde or ozone depleting chemicals so it’s very environmentally friendly.  Once applied, it increases the quality of your indoor air, helps you save energy and reduces our reliance on fossil fuels such as oil or natural gas. 

Specialized equipment is used to apply the foam and technical training is required to get the best results from the application.  This product is great for roofing, commercial and residential insulation in walls, ceilings, attics and basements.  It’s also considered a top of the line product for insulating pipes, tanks, storage facilities, freezers, and climate controlled buildings.
